David Tennant and Arthur Darvill head to US TV

ITV's new eight part drama, Broadchurch, starring David Tennant and Arthur Darvill has been picked up by BBC America. Broadchurch will make it's debut in the US after it's broadcast in the UK this spring.
The series explores what happens to a small community when it suddenly becomes the focus of a major murder investigation and is subjected to the full glare of the media spotlight. Broadchurch is written and created by Chris Chibnall, who's previous work includes Doctor Who.

Chris says, "It’s a story of scale and intimacy, as the lives of the characters are laid bare,".

More proof that Doctor Who and it's stars are international stars.
