Louise Jameson Teases Doctor Who's 50th Anniversary

We might just have been given a big clue about the possibility of any characters from classic Doctor Who returning for the 50th Anniversary Special.

Louise Jameson, who played Fourth Doctor companion in 1978 and 1979, was tweeted this message by a fan:
“If the #DoctorWho 50th special(s) doesn’t feature at least one past Doctor I think I’ll genuinely cry.”
Jameson responded with this intriguing tweet:
“None of us knows yet what’s going on, just told to keep the days free. Mmmmmmmmm intriguing.”
We should - as with any news about Doctor Who's 50th Anniversary Special - take this with the usual pinch of salt - but could this be a clue?
