Doctor Who: Filming Wraps On Block One of Series 10

Filming for Series 10 has been underway for about six weeks now, and in the wake of the production's trip to Valencia to shoot scenes for episode two, the BBC have provided an update on the new season's progress.

The official Twitter account confirmed today that Block One of production, comprising the first two episodes of the season which were penned by Steven Moffat and Frank Cottrell Boyce, has now wrapped up. The announcement came along with a new image of Peter Capaldi, Pearl Mackie and Matt Lucas on set, which you can see below:
Filming for Block Two of production, which will be made up of episodes three and four written by Sarah Dollard and new writer Mike Bartlett, will presumably commence in the next week. We'll provide an update for you when filming for those episodes begins!

Doctor Who Series 10 will air in spring 2017.
