2008-Present
At the start of 2009, Doctor Who Online created a News Page on Blogger, as this was an easier to use service to post news. Mid 2009, Doctor Who Online closed its Piczo site and moved permanently to Blogger, and had several name changes before finally becoming The Gallifrey Times!
Since then, The Gallifrey Times has moved across different website hosts, including an independent site, and a Webs one. But they were not that successful and it was clear that Blogger was the best for the site.
Now, The Gallifrey Times is a well known Doctor Who News Blog, and receives thousands of unique visitors a day, and is gradually expanding. The Gallifrey Times now operates on every day of the year.
On 3rd July 2012, we became www.thegallifreytimes.co.uk, after 5 years of using .blogspot.com, .co.nr and .co.cc, we thought the time had come to get ourselves a real .co.uk domain. Hopefully this will increase our presence in the Doctor Who community.
Currently, we're teamed up with Talking Who and Geek Crash Course.
